Rules of Engagement


  • Max armor limit is 15%.
  • After attacking a enemy the attacking members are to be on a 36-hour cooldown for the person you attacked, and 18-hour cooldown for all other oppositions and the attacking opposition are to be on a 12-hour attack cooldown for the person attacked, and 6-hour cooldown for all oppositions.
  • For the rule above; If the roleplay is sufficient enough and the opposition hasn't slid back within 36 hours, you can double attack. You may not attack again if it hasn't been 36 hours.

  • As an illegal civilian every robbery or attack has to be escalated organically and authentically, when or if you are attempting to kill anyone faction or civ related you must pinpoint at all times.​
  • Common Courtesy - Showing common courtesy in roleplay involves being respectful of others time and space, giving everyone a chance to participate.
  • Robbing/Attacking another Illegal Civilian or a Faction Member should not be a basic hop out. The roleplaying behind attacking an Illegal Civilian or a Faction Member should be pristine, and the attack should show it.​
  • Every kill, robbery, and shooting (attack) must be pinpointed, & clipped. Attack logs must be with NVIDIA/AMD (They must be 2-mins long WITH SOUND). You must provide these clips if requested POV, failure to do so will result in a strike.
  • To be able to kill you would need 7 NEGATIVE PERSONAL INTERACTIONS. To be able to rob you would need 4 NEGATIVE PERSONAL INTERACTIONS.
  • 15 minutes before a server restart and 15 minutes after no violent interactions between factions can take place.
  • Once you enter the death script by a weapon you are forced to CK, there are no ways around this. If you do not enter the death script you may roleplay injuries
  • You have the right to solo attack, but you can also attack with other civilians who have been accepted into the scheme and also tied within your storyline, the limit of people able to attack is 4 people in 1 vehicle.
  • If you are attacking and there are less than 5 members outside, you must pinpoint the member you have real roleplay with. If there are 5+ people outside you can attack but you must have valid reasoning to believe they are your oppositions.
  • Illegal Civilian members are permitted to initially provoke a Faction Member. Faction members are people who live completely different lives than a Civilian would so if you are willing to die behind this then do so.​
  • If you as an Illegal Civilian have ongoing beef with a Faction Member that does NOT mean that you can now rob, beef, shoot, or fight any other Faction Member of that said Faction, you should be focusing on the roleplay and interactions you’ve built with the Faction Member/Player you’re currently in the negative with.​
  • Robberies conducted inside of the faction's turf that you are robbing will be considered an attack. Robberies conducted outside of a factions turf will be considered a Robbery Attack, after performing a robbery attack there will be a 6-hour cooldown for all oppositions, if the Robbery Attack results in a shootout of any sort this will fall under a failed robbery attack attempt, if this happens your faction will be placed on a 12-hour robbery cooldown for all oppositions.
  • To commit a robbery you must perform /me & or /do's.
  • Any negative weapon interaction towards another player will be considered an attack as in upping your gun and pointing it towards someone or robbing someone.​
  • Attacking out of high class or exotic cars and electric is PROHIBITED.
  • As an illegal civilian that is roleplaying being from a block, If they are being attacked you CAN shoot back, but you must remember you cannot slide with that said faction.​
  • Before attacking, you must be aware of all surroundings within the area that you are attempting to attack in. There must be no EMS or PD within the area.
  • Failure to pinpoint on an attack can result in a Faction strike. This includes on and off the turf.​
  • Please be considerate on flashing your gun in public anywhere, once a faction member see that you flashed a gun they CAN rob you for it. Common Courtesy & Robbery Attack Cooldowns apply to this meaning you cannot go around committing chain robberies.
  • RELOADING IS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES, THIS WILL RESULT IN A STRIKE OR CLOSURE.
  • Fights (as in jumping, aka, out numbering opponents) are considered attacks when you have no weapon drop - fights are not considered attacks after you receive the weapon drop; they are only logged as negative interactions.​
  • Public bashing and/or OOC Toxicity to a set faction's roleplay could result in a punishment, please note to make a report or leave it as is, have common courtesy upon the faction.

    ADDITIONAL RULES

  • Faction members must roleplay with EMS and PD. It does not matter if you think a scene should be voided. You must complete the scene. If you disagree with a scene, you can report it AFTER the scene. This is much easier than a ban or strike.​
  • Overall, fear for your life when roleplaying with the police, unless you just killed someone and they're chasing you then you have the right to shoot at them. If not Run, hide, or give up! unnecessary shooting or deathmatching with the police would lead to bans and strikes.​
  • No combat rolling, speed boosting, no bunnyhopping, death circles. Also, no abuse of emotes to your advantage. This can lead to FRP punishments.​
  • Do not abuse 3rd person POV or 3rd eye to give advantages.​
  • No combat logging in a scene.​
  • Male's are prohibited from using female peds.​
  • Hiding your gun using an emote and/or animation is prohibited, unless the gun is visible outside of your body.​
  • Using any big guns like (Dracos and Arps) Etc. You must have on a backpack at all times.​
  • If you are not a member of a group, you are not able to participate in a faction attack.​
  • Anything that’s not a good representation of Roleplay deemed by IM could lead to a punishment.​
  • You may not attempt to take someone's INVENTORY items after knocking them out, only things like shoes, clothes etc. Everything must be roleplayed with /me's and /do's if doing so.​
  • If you want to report a faction/group a report must be made within 24 hours from the incident - Reporting for revenge because a situation didn't go as planned is forbidden.​
  • If your group is found to have hackers, cheaters or people using hitbox your faction could be L&A.​
  • As a illegal civilian, you are only allowed to roleplay your injuries IF you get shot and DON’T enter the death script (Must roleplay injuries for 12 hours), if you enter the death script while being shot you are to Character Kill. (CK)​
  • First person FOV modifications are allowed. Any Third Person POV’s is Forbidden.​
  • If you have an open report - you should not participate in any types of interactions with this faction/group until the verdict has been decided and posted (vice versa).​
  • If you are outnumbered while being circled, cornered, etc you must value your life and fear.​
  • Water Evading - Factions may not use water as an attempt to escape from police or a set faction. (This also applies to using water after a set shootout in an attempt to remove GSR.)​
  • Groups may be punished for Playing To Win / Avoiding Roleplay; For an example; If you choose not to talk to a person that is NOT avoiding roleplay. You cannot force a interaction with everyone and report this as avoiding roleplay. Avoiding roleplay/Playing to win for example would be; Interacting with a person and you know/feel they are going to rob you so you stop talking and walk away.​
  • Excessive GRAPHIC PACKS, SOUND PACKS AND MODS- Red Trees will be allowed but crazy 100k or die packs ( low textured where u can see through things aka no props) is not allowed. Sound packs must be realistic, no death sounds, toy gun packs, and loud footsteps, if found with this your faction could face an UNDISCLOSED PUNISHMENT if FM spots this.​
  • WHEN YOUR SOLO SCHEME OR GROUP SCHEME GETS L&A YOU MUST TURN IN YOUR GUNS. IF YOU ARE FOUND WITH THOSE GUNS YOU WILL BE BANNED!!!
